ChemInform Abstract: Crystal Structure and Vibration Spectra of ((n‐C4H9)4N)2(Re2F8)·2(C2H5)2O.

Abstract

The title compound (V) crystallizes in the cubic space group Pn3n with Z = 6. The (Re2F8·OEt2)2‐ entity consists of an axially elongated F8‐cubane frame around the Re2 unit, which is coordinated at one side by an ether molecule.
