ChemInform Abstract: Heterogeneous SnCl2/SiO2 versus Homogeneous SnCl2 Acid Catalysis in the Benzo[N,N]‐heterocyclic Condensation.

Abstract: Benzo[N,N]-heterocyclic Condensation. -Silica-supported stannous chloride shows high catalytic activity in the synthesis of fused pyrazine derivatives via condensation of o-diaminoarenes with appropriate 1,2-dicarbonyl compounds.
