Abstract:High-Temperature, High-Pressure Hydrothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Photoluminescent Properties, of K 3[Gd1-xTbxGe3O8(OH)2] (x = 0, 0.3, 0.1, 1).-The title compounds are hydrothermally synthesized from mixtures of KOH, GeO 2, Gd(NO3)3, Tb(NO3)3, and H2O (silver tube, 100 MPa, 400 C, 5 h).
