Abstract: Die Herstellung von Isopropanol (II) durch direkte Hydratisierung von Propylen (I) nach den Verfahren der Veba‐Chemie, der Deutschen Texaco und insbesondere der Tokuyama Soda wird ausführlich behandelt.
