Abstract:Magnetic properties D 9000Magnetocaloric Effect in CeCo4B Compound. -The title compound is prepared by arc melting of the elements under argon and characterized by powder XRD and magnetic measurements. CeCo4B crystallizes with the CaCu5-type structure in the hexagonal space group P6/mmm. CeCo4B is ferromagnetically ordered and its Curie temperature is 291 K.
