Abstract:Novel Isoxazole Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons as DNA-Intercalating Agents.-The third generation of isoxazole polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, possessing binding constants enabling easy diffusion of targeting remotely implanted tumors, is synthesized accordingly to the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition methodology.
