ChemInform Abstract (preparation of (I) from (CF3)3GeI and Ag2E (E: O, S, Se; yield 75-95% at 110 rc C) and bis(trimethylsilyl)telluride at 20 rc C (45%), respectively; observation of an equilibrium of solvation between (CF3)3GeOH or (CF3)3GeSH and (Ia) and H2O or H2S; thermal stability, IR, Raman).
