Abstract: Das tert.‐Butyl‐cyclohexanol (‐)‐(lS,3S)‐(II) ‐ erhalten bei der enzymatischen Reduktion des Cyclohexanons (i)‐(I) ‐ wird bei der Thermolyse in Hexamethylphosphorsäuretriamid (HMPT) zu den optisch aktiven tert.‐Butyl‐cyclohexenen (‐)‐(4S)‐(III) und (+)‐(3S)‐(IV) dehydratisiert.
