Abstract

Structure of Sch 419560, a Novel α-Pyrone Antibiotic Produced by Pseudomonas fluorescens. -α-Pyrone (I) is isolated from the fermentation culture broth of a bacterial strain identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens.
