ChemInform Abstract: Superconductivity in LaCd2.

Abstract: 1995 electric properties, superconductors, semiconductors electric properties, superconductors, semiconductors D 8000 -015Superconductivity in LaCd2. -LaCd2 is found to be a low-temperature superconductor with TC= 1.44 K. It is the first intermetallic superconductor with CeCd2-type structure. Its electronic specific heat coefficient is determined to be γ = 8.0 mJ mol-1 K-2, the coupling constant is λ ∼ = 0.47, and the Debye temperature is 186 K. -(TANG, J.; LI, Q.; GSCHNEIDNER, K. A.
