Abstract:Synthesis and Comparative anti-HIV Activities of New Acetylated 2',3'-Dideoxy-3'-thiacytidine Analogues.-New prodrugs of 2',3'-dideoxy-3'-thiacytidine such as (III)-(V), (VII) and (VIII) are prepared. Especially the retinoyl derivatives show an enhanced uptake by HIV-1 infected cells, an increased cytotoxicity and a promising stability against plasma enzyme hydrolysis. -(CAMPLO, M.; FAURY, P.; CHARVET, A.
