Abstract

Pyrene derivatives Q 1120 Synthesis, Electronic Structure and Spectroscopy of Bridged Pyrene-(CH2)n-Aryl Azide Systems. -Title compounds (III) are synthesized in a one-step procedure using esterification promoted by the Mukaiyama reagent.
