ChemInform Abstract: The ν2 and ν4 IR Bands of SO3

Abstract

ChemInform Abstract are measured with a resolution of 0.005 cm-1. More than 2000 lines are assigned to the Coriolis-interacting ν2 and ν4 fundamental bands. From these assignments, improved values are obtained for the rotational constants of the ground state and of the υ2 = 1 and υ4 = 1 states.
