Childhood Psoriasis

Abstract: ÖzetÇocuk yaş grubunda, erişkinde olduğu gibi tüm klinik tipler görülmekle beraber, guttat ve fleksural psöriazis daha sık görülürken, püstüler veya eritrodermik psöriazis gibi şiddetli formlar nadirdir. Patogenezde, aktive T hücreler ve dendritik hücreler anahtar rol oynamakla birlikte poligenetik ve çevresel etkilerin varlığı uzun yıllardır bilinmektedir.
