Abstract: Case: We present a case of an anteroposterior compression (APC) type pelvic ring injury that occurred after chiropractic manipulation in a patient with a history of quadriplegia. Emergent surgical stabilization was undertaken, and he had an excellent outcome with no complications at 3.5-year follow-up.
