Choanal Atresia

Abstract: Congenital narrowing of the nasal airway at the posterior choanae is an uncommon condition in pediatric patients, which can be uni-or bilateral. The presentation of bilateral choanal atresia is a neonatal airway emergency, requiring prompt treatment.
