Choice of Fresh Vegetable Retail Outlets by Developing-Country Urban Consumers: The Case of Kale Consumers in Nairobi, Kenya

Abstract: Fresh produce retailing in many developing-country urban centers is changing with the recent emergence and rapid growth of supermarkets and specialty stores.
