Abstract:Glioma is the primary malignant tumor with the highest incidence rate in the adult central nervous system. The application of bioinformatics methods to analyze the RNA sequences of multiple gliomas revealed that the CDT1 gene has a significant impact on the cell cycle of glioma cells.
