Chronic hypoxia differentially modulates the response of fetal ovine middle cerebral arteries to endothelin‐1 (853.2)

Abstract: To better understand how hypoxia‐induced vascular remodeling alters intracellular responses to ET‐1, we hypothesized that chronic hypoxia alters ET‐1 induced phenotypic transformation in arterial smooth muscle cells within the fetal cerebrovasculature.
