Abstract: The term “chronic lung allograft dysfunction” has emerged to describe the clinical syndrome of progressive, largely irreversible dysfunction of pulmonary allografts. This umbrella term comprises 2 major clinical phenotypes: bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome and restrictive allograft syndrome.
