Chronic Non-Communicable Disease Prevention in Russian Federation (RF)

Abstract: In the Soviet Union, there was one of the most developed medical systems all over the world with the main accent to preventive medicine. The main component of chronic disease prevention was named "dispanserization". It includes nurses, doctor's control, clinic and laboratory methods of investigation one time a year and dynamic control during the year (if it was needed).
