Chronic psychiatric changes in a severe post-traumatic brain injury patient

Abstract: IntroductionSevere traumatic brain injury (TBI) causes neuropsychiatric disturbances. Emotional and personality disturbances seem to cause much more seriously handicap than residual cognitive or physical disabilities.
