Chronic Recurrent Multifocal Osteomyelitis (CRMO): An Unusual Presentation of Limb Pain

Abstract: Chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO), known as nonbacterial osteomyelitis, is an autoinflammatory disease with periodic exacerbations, also known as nonbacterial osteomyelitis. It is a rare, noninfectious inflammatory disorder characterized by multifocal bony lesions with pain.
