Abstract:Increasing evidence suggests that circular RNA (circRNA) plays an important role in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) progression. This study aimed to investigate the role and potential molecular mechanism of circ_0006324 in NSCLC. The expression levels of circ_0006324, miR‐496, miR‐488‐5p, and tripartite motif‐containing 59 (TRIM59) mRNA were determined by quantitative real‐time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). 3‐(4,5‐dimethyl‐2‐thiazolyl)‐2,5‐diphenyl‐2‐H‐tetrazolium bromide assay, EdU assay, and flow cytom… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
