Abstract

A circular patch antenna with double slots has been proposed for multiple band applications. The proposed Pac-man antenna works in the range of C and X band. The antenna has been structured and broke down for FR4 substrate with dielectric constant of 4.4. This reception antenna can be utilized for wireless neighborhood (WLAN 2.324 GHz) applications, radar applications (9.484 GHz) and 4G applications (5.48 GHz). Moreover, a close by correlation of the proposed framework with the existing circular patch antenna is shown to check the precision of the proposed antenna. This plan has been demonstrated to upgrade the bandwidth and stretch out the task to numerous groups because of the nearness of "U"-formed opening in the patch. Likewise, the proposed plan is dissected regarding voltage standing wave ratio, gain and radiation design.
