Abstract:Background
This study intends to explore the role and molecular mechanism of hsa_circ_0005519 in acute kidney injury (AKI).
Methods
We conducted reverse transcription-qPCR for human serum to determine levels of hsa_circ_0005519 in AKI patients and healthy controls.
