Circulating free tumor DNA copy number index (CNI) as a predictor of therapeutic response in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas (PDAC).

Abstract: 261 Background: Cell-free tumor DNA (cfDNA) has potential to provide minimally invasive patient specific biomarkers to monitor tumor burden.
