Osteosarcoma (OS) is a primary and highly malignant mesenchymal tissue tumor. Although it has achieved a significant breakthrough in therapeutic administration, the specific pathological mechanism remains unclear. CircRNAs are a type of covalently circular RNA with a head-to-tail junction site.
