Abstract: 7121 The combinations of cisplatin (C) with gemcitabine (G) and/or vinorelbine (V) have shown to be effective and safe regimens in the first line treatment of NSCLC. This study has been designed to detect a 25% increase in objective response measured by CT scan with the triplet combination (CGV) with respect to cisplatin/gemcitabine combination (CG) administered as neo-adjuvant therapy in patients with radically-treatable stage III NSCLC.
