Abstract: Green, simple, accurate and robust univariate and chemometrics assisted UV spectrophotometric approaches have been adopted and validated for concurrent quantification of fluocinolone acetonide (FLU), ciprofloxacin HCl (CIP) together with ciprofloxacin impurity-A (CIP imp-A) in their ternary mixture.
