Classification of Tweets Causing Deadlocks in Jakarta Streets with the Help of Algorithm C4.5

An anti-Covid-19 plan with social restrictions forced all Indonesian educational institutions to implement online learning in 2020. Strategy in early 2022, a new policy brought back online learning methods. Because of the rapid change and short adaptation period, online learning, which had been accepted as a solution for approximately two years, has become controversial. There were a variety of reactions in society, particularly on social media, after the rapid shift from face-to-face learning to online learning. This study will quantify text sentiment expressed on social media through machine learning. This study used SVM, RF, DT, LR, and k-nearest neighbors to develop a sentiment analysis model for use in sentiment research (KNN). The SVM- and RF-based sentiment analysis models outperform the others in cross-validation tests using data from the same Twitter social media site. Furthermore, RF can classify public opinion into three groups: positive, negative, and neutral, with a low error rate. The f1 values of our KNN-based model were measured at 75%, 65%, and 87% for negative, neutral, and positive tweets, respectively, which are slightly more accurate than previous studies with the same method and purpose.

This study aims to address the knowledge gap in supply chain management between large corporations and small and medium enterprises by investigating the ambidexterity of supply chain management in small and medium enterprises. The study also focuses on the integration of knowledge management, user satisfaction, and supply chain management ambidexterity as its main novelty. A quantitative empirical technique was used, utilizing online data collection evaluated through partial least squares analysis with a sample of 372 reliable data points. This study presents five hypotheses, and the results of the Smart PLS 4 analysis indicate that all four theories have positive and significant influences. In addition, the results can be used for research in supply chain management and knowledge management, as well as for making plans to improve the quality of managed organizations. As Saudi Arabia gears towards economic advancement and openness, in line with its vision 2030, there is a need to have a suitable business environment that is favorable for commercial companies to thrive and create more job opportunities for the population. One way to achieve this, is by ensuring that there is a proper legal framework that allows for the conversion of commercial companies from one form to another, which suits the country's economic ambitions. This thus enables commercial companies to convert into legal structures that can adapt in the changing environment and ensure that they contribute greatly to Saudi Arabia's economy. Commercial companies that may have initially been operating via forms that rendered them ineffective, can convert into forms that allow them to operate efficiently and ensure that they have a strong and competitive position in the market while not necessarily changing their legal structures. This research paper thus examines and critically analyzes the legal framework in Saudi Arabia that governs the conversion of commercial companies as enshrined under the Saudi Arabia Company Law. This research paper aims to establish that a suitable legal system for the conversion of commercial companies in Saudi Arabia is crucial for the economic growth of the country.
