Clinical aspects and main diagnostic methods of Chediak-Higashi Syndrome

Abstract: Chediak-Higashi syndrome is a disorder caused by a mutation in the LYST gene and characterized by immunodeficiency, oculocutaneous albinism, and neurological dysfunction resulting from changes in neutrophils.
