“…When adequate levelling of the gingival margins of the teeth adjacent to the cleft was obtained, the root divergence of these teeth was corrected with individualised "z" bends in the maxillary left central incisor and canine (Kokich, 1996(Kokich, , 2003Pugliese et al, 2021), on a 0.018 × 0.025-inch NiTi archwire. The archwire was bended with a force that allowed permanent deformation without losing the super-elasticity proprieties (Chain et al, 2015) (Figure 2b).
