Abstract: The problem of diagnosing primary hyperaldosteronism remains relevant. A rare manifestation of primary hyperaldosteronism is secondary hypokalemic myoplegia, which may be the initial manifestation and cause difficulties in diagnosing primary hyperaldosteronism.
