Abstract:Modern ideas about psoriasis are becoming wider, while the incidence of this dermatosis is increasing every year. Psoriasis does not seem to be just a skin pathological process, since the basis of this disease is the development of chronic systemic immune inflammation resulting from the launch of a complex cascade of immune reactions with impaired activity of T-lymphocytes and the production of various pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines.
