Clinical descriptive analysis of severe Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia in renal transplantation recipients

Abstract: Pneumocystis jirovecii (P. jirovecii) pneumonia (PJP) is an opportunistic fungal infection after renal transplantation, which is always severe, difficult to diagnose, combined with multiple complications and have poor prognosis.
