Abstract:This study reports a case of abdominal flaccidity after three pregnancies in which smooth and spiculated polydioxanone threads were used, a technique not yet described in the literature to treat this complaint. The patient was followed up for 90 days. However, there was an improvement in the opening of the umbilical fold, skin tone, dermal density, and tissue flaccidity after 60 days.
