Closed Circuit Anaesthesia by Intermittent Injections of Halothane

Abstract: Anaesthesia produced by intermittent injections of halothane into the oxygen inflow of a closed circuit has been described in a series of 136 cases. The advantages of accuracy, safety and economy have been discussed.
