Abstract:BACKGROUND
Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), a rare clonal hematopoietic stem cell disorder characterized by myelodysplastic syndrome and myeloproliferative neoplasms, has a generally poor prognosis, and easily progresses to acute myeloid leukemia.
