Abstract:With its high calorific value and low energy consumption, hydrogen is an important component of a future low-carbon energy system. Hydrogen production from electrolyzed water is the main source of obtaining hydrogen. The slow kinetics of the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) involving a four-electron reaction in the process of water electrolysis leads to the inefficiency of hydrogen production from electrolyzed water, so the development of electrocatalysts with excellent OER is of great significance. Cobalt-base… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
