Another Spanish paper from Barcelona also matched colorectal cancer cases with previous colonoscopies and found 866 patients over 5 years, with 16 missed lesions (2.7 %) [63]. A nice idea from a British group was to place a clip once the cecum was reached (in the endoscopist's opinion) and then carry out a radiographic check on its position; this might be quite valid for quality control, but is not feasible (due to radia− tion).…”
