CombiFlow: Flow cytometry-based identification and characterization of genetically and functionally distinct AML subclones

Abstract: Summary Many cancers, including leukemias, are dynamic oligoclonal diseases. Tools to identify and prospectively isolate genetically distinct clones for functional studies are needed.
