Abstract:Summary
Many cancers, including leukemias, are dynamic oligoclonal diseases. Tools to identify and prospectively isolate genetically distinct clones for functional studies are needed. We describe our CombiFlow protocol, which is a combinatorial flow cytometry-based approach to identify and isolate such distinct clones. CombiFlow enables the visualization of clonal evolution during disease progression and the identification of potential relapse-inducing cells at minimal residual disease (MRD) time po… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
