Combined prosopalgia with acute onset

Abstract: Complexity of facial anatomy and its rich innervation complicate the diagnosis of prosopalgias. An acute syndrome, including trigeminal, myofascial and cervical pains, is described. Authors discuss algesic interrelations, combined therapeuric effect and peculiarities of diagnosis.
