“…76). 379 The corresponding chiral dendritic ligands (309) were obtained through substitution of the dimethylamino moiety in the original monodentate phosphoramidite by Fréchet-type polyaryl ether dendritic wedges. In this case, the catalytic unit is located at the core and not at the periphery.…”

“…L-Proline monomer and cumyl dithiobenzoate (CDB) were prepared according to a previous publication. 2 1 H NMR spectra were obtained using an NMR spectrometer (Bruker 400 MHz). A Thermo FLASH 1112 elemental analyzer was used for elemental analysis.…”

“…MCRs used in combination with asymmetric aldol reactions are powerful tools with which to create a series of heterocycles that have already attracted extensive attention in organic synthesis and drug discovery. 2 Since List et al rst reported proline can efficiently catalyze direct asymmetric aldol reactions, proline and its derivatives have been extensively developed and applied in asymmetric catalytic reactions. [3][4][5][6][7][8][9] However, these methods have some disadvantages, such as limited substrate scope and difficult separation and recycling, that prevent them from further development and application in industry.…”

“…[21][22][23] However, the recovery rate was not very ideal. Although, numerous strategies have been used to immobilize chiral catalysts onto solid-supported materials such as polystyrene (beads), dendrimers, ionic liquids and inorganic particles or crosslinked insoluble polymers, [24][25][26][27] they usually show relatively poor catalytic efficiency in water-medium. The intrinsic problem in the heterogeneous catalytic systems is the lower degree of exposure to the reactants.…”
