Abstract: Wheat dwarf bunt is a damaging disease caused by Tilletia controversa Kühn (TCK). Once the disease infects wheat, it is difficult to control and will significantly reduce wheat output and quality. RNA sequencing and whole genome re-sequencing were used to search for potential TCK resistance genes in Yili 053 (sensitive variety) and Zhongmai 175 (moderately resistant variety) in the mid-filling, late-filling, and maturity stages.
