Abstract:Most physical activity (PA) maintenance research has concerned adherence to small-scale interventions or infrequent observation in cohort studies. We analysed individual attendance trajectories and their drivers in a large-scale ‘real-world’ community-based weekly PA event (parkrun) cohort in Australia.
