Comment on “Dielectric, Optical, and Magnetic Behaviors of Magnesium Iron-Based Double Perovskite” [ ECS J. Solid State Sci. Technol. , 11, 113003 (2022)]

Abstract

My comments concern the uncertainties in the crystallographic part of the commented paper. The lattice parameters are incorrectly evaluated and the symmetry is not tetragonal. Moreover, it seems that the sample contains two different phases instead of the title compound. Therefore, the subsequent data on other measurements have limited value.
