Commentary: Building bridges with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation

Abstract: Wa€ el C. Hanna, MDCM, MBA, FRCSC CENTRAL MESSAGE ECMO is an important bridge from ventilatory failure to normal lung function and can provide precious time for tracheal injury.
