Communication

Abstract: Communication is a crucial part of the life of primates. Primates communicate using various senses (sight, sound, touch, and smell) in order to negotiate their rich and complex social lives. Studying primate communication is important to help us understand how such complex communication arose in humans, and also to identify the key social and ecological pressures that have shaped the behavior of primates.
