Communication and effectiveness in a US nursing home quality‐improvement collaborative

Abstract: In this study, we explored the relationship between changes in resident health outcomes, practitioner communication patterns, and practitioner perceptions of group effectiveness within a qualityimprovement collaborative of nursing home clinicians.
